Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We process and ship all Soluna Explorers products within 5 to 8 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

  • Domestic Orders (USA): Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Please note: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must first contact your local postal carrier. Soluna Explorers is not liable for packages marked delivered but not received.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting soluna.explorers@gmail.com. Upon review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Requests made after this period may not be honored.


Returns and Refunds

Due to the limited and collectible nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used items, or for damage not caused by our fulfillment process.

  • Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.


Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Return Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of this agreement.

We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide the following supporting evidence:

  • Proof of shipment and delivery

  • Product descriptions and confirmation of this publicly available policy

  • Communication records between the customer and our support team
